Operation Hope – Sponsors needed
Funds Needed: Approximately $30,000 per unit which contains 2 levels; $15,000 per level
Praise God – We have had $7,500 in matching funds donated to this project. Please pray about helping us turn this into $15,000 for the glory of God.
Crosspoint International is passionate about helping the helpless. Our project to reach the street children and orphans who are the victims of AIDS and other tragedies is one about which we are most excited. Our plans include building an entire community of homes that will house two adult counselors (husband and wife) and 6 to 8 children. We feel that this arrangement gives the children more of a sense of family and feel less like they are living in an institution. More than that, they will be given a loving, caring home where they know they are safe. Will you help us reach with the love of Christ to those who are without hope? Nicaragua:
Classrooms – First Baptist Chichigalpa– Sponsor needed
Funds Needed: Approximately $12,000
One of our greatest joys is to see churches that have run out of space! Really! That means that they are doing something right in bringing the lost to Christ. First Baptist Church in Chichigalpa, Nicaragua has done just that – they are reaching their community in so many different ways that they now need additional space. Since there is no way to expand out, they must expand up. We are now in the planning stages of a project to give them much needed classrooms that can not only be used for Sunday School but also for community outreach programs they are implementing during the week. These areas will truly be multipurpose and used on a constant basis to share Jesus with the lost and disciple the saved.
